BRIEF: Propel enlisted Rapscallions to recruit, train and manage a team of top instore drone pilots with the ability to drive sales of their amazing Star Wars Battle Drones within John Lewis and Maplin’s in the lead up to Christmas.
SOLUTION: Rapscallions advertised internally and via social media for people with a rich tech background and drone experience with the bonus of being a Star Wars fan to boot. The response was incredible and due to tight timings telephone interviews were carried out with each applicant. Two training days were held to ensure pilots were proficient and product and brand knowledge in-depth.
