
BRAND: Greater Anglia
BRIEF: Rapscallions regularly work with Greater Anglia across their network and their latest campaign was aimed to create excitement and generate local media coverage of their initiative to replace all existing trains on their network with state of the art trains by 2020. To do this Greater Anglia created a unique Virtual Reality tour taking users inside the new state of the art trains allowing the customer to see the improvements and feel them with the new seating featured in the tour and real life.
SOLUTION: Staff were sourced locally to each of the stations activated and selected based on their customer service skills and their own usage of the network. This gave the customers a familiar ear when raising concerns. All staff were trained face-to-face on the VR technology and the improvements these trains will make to not only their own but to all customer journeys, building real Brand Ambassadors for Greater Anglia.
