
BRAND: Kraken Rum
BRIEF: Rapscallions were tasked to install and support the Kraken Scare Booth and sampling campaigns in major cities across the UK. Event Managers, Kraken Divers and Sampling Staff must personify the Kraken brand’s dark mysterious attitude, be vocal and create stand out within busy bars.
SOLUTION: Performance based staff were used across all teams with confidence and the ability to deliver the character attributes, all staff were thoroughly briefed on the Challenge 25 guidelines and Rapscallions mystery shoppers were deployed to assess and preserve quality in delivery and execution.
